We are currently searching for a Wholesale Account Executive to join the team in our Munich Showroom.
Our Wholesale Account Executive is a key part of the Wholesale team, managing many of the independent accounts who visit our Munich Showroom to buy from our Men's and Women's collections. In this role you will be responsible for ensuring seasonal targets are achieved by delivering a first-in-class experience and ensuring that the brand is represented in best way in the most premium accounts in the German market.
We are looking for someone who will be responsible for:
Sales Campaign
- Managing allocated independent accounts and assisting in achieving seasonal and annual customer sales targets and KPI’s
- Supporting Line Manager with seasonal targets and order values
- Taking meetings and appointments with accounts to ensure that they achieve the optimal seasonal budget and that accounts have the best possible selection in terms of brand representation and high sell through in season
- Ensuring that all orders are entered onto the system and align with our budget
- Reviewing customer agreements seasonally
- Feeding in to the product hindsight sessions
In Season
- Working on a weekly ST report to be shared with the team, highlighting any risks and opportunities
- Visiting customers outside of sales campaign, ensuring that they have all possible tools to drive sell through, from a marketing, visual merchandising and operational point of view
- Working with the customer services team to keep up to date on customer availability and sending out weekly stock lists and assisting with reorders and stock swaps when necessary
- Building relationships with the Production team and attending regular meetings, ensuring keeping up to date with any delays which could impact customer orders
- Overseeing the weekly shipping report and working with Senior Sales Manager so that customers are aware of any issues that may have arisen, and appropriate action is taken
- Managing any customer returns through the business
- Working with the German sales team to ensure that the showroom is always presentable and tidy
- Liaising with the Senior Sales Manager on day-to-day decisions, regarding results, management and profitability within accounts
- Resolving challenges by liaising with the relevant key contacts to ensure that the best solutions are being offered to maximise results
- Providing ad hoc cover to the team as and when required outside of the sales campaign
We are looking for someone who has:
- Experience in a front of house role in a fast-paced premium/ luxury environment
- An interest and enthusiasm to learn about Belstaff and be an ambassador for the brand
- A comprehensive knowledge of the German market
- A Driving Licence
- A positive attitude and a proactive approach
- The ability to operate at pace with flexibility and initiative
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent organisation and time management skills
