We are currently searching for a Regional Wholesale Partnerships Manager to join the team.
As Regional Wholesale Partnerships Manager you will play an integral part in the delivery of the Wholesale sales strategy at Belstaff throughout the international agent markets including USA, Spain, Italy, Scandinavia, France, Benelux, Austria and Switzerland. Key responsibilities include liaising with the agent and distributor partners, ensuring that their showrooms are equipped with the full sample set and represent the seasonal theme, and that they have all the tools they need to achieve their sales target. You will also be responsible for ensuring that all international orders are shipped and invoiced within the delivery window, coordinating with the operations team to see this through.
This is an opportunity to gain experience and insight across the Wholesale function at Belstaff, providing the highest levels of customer service and operational support for the team to reach and exceed budgeted sales targets.
We are looking for someone who will be responsible for:
During Sales Campaign
- Liaising with agent market personnel as the first point of contact and supporting on sales campaign admin, including setting up new customers on systems, securing payment terms and helping with product and sample information
- Ensuring that all agent orders are uploaded on to the system, and supporting with the order upload from Joor to NetSuite
- Working with the Wholesale Merchandiser to ensure all systems are correct, particularly Joor and Netsuite
- Coordinating the agent market sales calendar. This requires proactive relationship management of agent markets and is target driven
- Managing the set-up, close down and all operational aspects of international pop up showrooms and liaising closely with partners and the warehouse to move the sample collections between showrooms
- Providing Sales Campaign support for agent market showrooms, ensuring that the flagship showroom concept is rolled out to international agent showrooms and maintain VM standards
- Working with the agents during market to create bulk orders to sell outside of the campaign windows. Managing the bulks to ensure that the optimum ST is achieved on these
Outside Sales Campaign
- Overseeing the communication between the agents and Belstaff internal marketing teams to ensure that agent feedback is included when we consider wholesale marketing assets
- Gathering of partner feedback and KPI reporting to ensure that end partner feedback is considered for current and future collections
- Analysing and managing shipping reports to ensure that delivery targets are met, exceeded and subsequently work closely with finance and agent partners to manage the order-to-cash process
- Liaising with the Sample co-ordinator to maximise the productivity of the sample collection
- Driving reorder business through sharing of weekly stock reports and managing reorder process
- Gathering in season sell through information to share with the wider teams
- Working with Wholesale Operations Manager to ensure that OCs, commercial letters and POs are all correct
We are looking for someone who has:
- Relevant experience in a similar role with a focus on customer service and operations, ideally within premium/luxury fashion retail
- Demonstrable ability to build rapport in order to establish and maintain excellent working relationships
- Confidence to work independently as part of a team
- Flexibility and readiness to travel on short trips; visiting agent markets throughout the year
- Excellent time management and organisational skills whilst working to an agreed process
- Proficiency using Microsoft Word, Powerpoint and Outlook
- Advanced Microsoft Excel
- Ideally knowledge of basic editing using Adobe Suit
