We are currently searching for a Junior Visual Merchandiser to join the team.
We are looking for a Junior Visual Merchandiser to work alongside our Senior Visual Merchandiser in setting up and maintaining Visual Merchandising (VM) standards, product placement and store layouts across our UK and EU wholesale partners. This will involve regular travel to different regions where we have a wholesale presence. Our ideal candidate will be a self-motivated, independent, hands-on retail Visual Merchandiser with previous experience in luxury retail display.
We are looking for someone who will be responsible for:
- Supporting the Senior Visual Merchandiser in the setting up seasonal VM within UK/EU showrooms and the distributing VM guidelines
- Working UK and DE showrooms during the sales campaign, maintaining the VM set-up and creating a visual record of each accounts' buy
- Visiting key wholesale accounts (UK/EU) to implement VM guidelines at the time of new season deliveries and following up throughout the season with monthly guidelines from HQ
- Creating a directory of all UK/EU wholesale accounts including all contact details for logistics and VM
- Supporting the Belstaff Outlet stores, visiting UK and DE locations during peak trading periods
- Creating guidelines for MFO product for both UK and DE locations
- Supporting the Outlet stores with POS signage
- Ensuring new VM toolkit (brand blocks/ signage etc) is distributed and displayed in partner accounts
- Managing the movement of above POS fixtures and materials and any storage facilities required as holding sites for fixtures and props
- Keeping an inventory of current POS materials
- Supporting the Senior Visual Merchandiser with window activations and Pop-Ups across select wholesale accounts
- Offering hands-on support when opening new stores or SIS’s, travelling to various locations to execute
- Updating seasonal brand displays at HQ
- Optimising product placement in WS accounts against commercial goals and marketing messages
- Maintaining a tracker for invoices accrued to VM and submitting invoices and new vendor forms to finance in a timely fashion
We are looking for someone who has:
- Relevant experience in a similar role within a luxury, fast paced environment
- A track record for creating dynamic product displays
- An ability to manage multiple priorities
- Excellent analytical, communication and presentation skills
- Competence using Microsoft Office, particularly Powerpoint and Excel skills
- Adobe CS experience (Photoshop, Illustrator, Indesign) beneficial
